I guess the first thing I like to share is one of the most after God, important parts to any job to me.. that would be communication. It didn't matter what time of day it was or what day of the week. Power washing 219 responded within just a few minutes with the answers that I needed. Secondly, for me anyway is cost, I'm not just saying this but I was pretty much floored when they gave me the " estimated" price they made it so affordable that it was a no-brainer for me, they nailed it on their estimated price, I didn't even look anywhere else. There were a couple hurdles that needed to be jumped and that was dealing with the next door neighbor on this job. I spoke with the neighbor, and asked her how it went with these guys she was so impressed that she asked them to do her gutters.. On another note I needed a little something extra done which I really didn't expect them to do while they were there but they did, that was washing the sidewalks again price was astoundingly low and they got it done the same day. I needed to give the neighbor money for the use of the water, Power washing 219, and although they had their own water with them which impressed the heck out of me, they went ahead and came out of pocket and just included it on my bill. I highly recommend PowerWash219 to get your home's exterior super clean! Ken and his crew had quite the job here due to an accumulation of catkins and whirly birds in the gutters and the additional grime and algae on the home. When the home was completed, immediately I smelled the fresh clean scent. Then I saw how bright and white the gutters and pillars were! Windows were sparkling! The color of the house was vivid again too! The crew was professional and fast, the job site was clean upon completion. They used top notch equipment and scheduling/confirmation of appt/reminders/payment are completed through an app which is nice! I will surely hire again. Contacted 219 powerwashers on a Saturday to just inquire about power washing my house and concrete. Kenneth, who I assume is the owner, arrived at my house within hours, gave me a fair price, showed me several before and after examples to seal the deal. We agreed, and they completed the work on the following Tuesday. When I arrived home from work that evening, what a pleasant surprise to see the results. We were at the point of possibly replacing the siding and gutters for cosmetic reasons only, boy were we glad that we didn't. The house looks new and fresh again. Power Washing 219 completed a powerwash on my newly purchased home that needed some TLC. They are very professional, timely, reasonably priced, and do an excellent job.
